Return & Refund Policy

Q1. Can I return items at the time of delivery?

We ensure that all products are new or almost new and hygienic when they reach you, without compromising on quality. There are a series of stringent quality checks that are undertaken on every piece of medical equipment before delivery. However, if you don’t like the products at the time of delivery, you can ask us to return them. Refund will be initiated after deducting 50% from monthly rental amount with pick & drop transportation charges. Your amount will be paid within 3-5 working days.

We will not accept returns based on specifications and dimensions that were shared with you. If you or your representative (anyone receiving the order on your behalf) accepts the products at the time of delivery, the products cannot be returned later.​
